Indulge in a fiery twist to this classic tropical cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tsp of desired chilli sauce ( we used Uncle Dunkle's Wood fired Chilli Sauce)
- 1 tsp Fling Spicy Margarita Salt
- 70ml Fling Margarita Mixer
- 35ml Mango Puree
- 35ml Tequila
- 1 whole chilli for garnish (Optional)
Method
1. Using a basting brush, paint a strip down the side of a low ball glass with your favourite chilli sauce (we used Uncle Dunkle's Wood Fired Chilli Sauce) then roll your glass in Fling Spicy Margarita Salt to create a fiery salt rim down your glass
2. Place your glass aside and to a cocktail shaker add, 1 cup of ice, 70ml of Fling Margarita Mixer, 35ml of Mango Puree and 35ml of Tequila.
3. Shake vigorously, then strain into your salted margarita glass, garnish with a whole chilli and enjoy this fiery cocktail!
