Just when you thought your evening Espresso couldn't get any better...
Ingredients
- 1 can of Fling Espresso Martini
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 tablespoons of Lotus Biscoff Spread
- (Optional) 2 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits for garnish
Method
1. To a shaker add 1 cup of ice and pour in 1 can of Espresso Martini
2. To a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of Lotus Biscoff Spread, and microwave for 30 second stints until melted.
3. Pour a small amount of melted Biscoff onto a plate, dip the rim of your martini glass into the melted Biscoff and then rim with a crushed up Biscoff biscuit.
3. Pour remaining melted Biscoff spread into your shaker with the Espresso Martini and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
4. Strain the cocktail into your Biscoff Rimmed martini glass and garnish with the remaining Biscoff biscuit
