Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand to any street address.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes
  • All shipping costs are calculated per order and shown at checkout
  • All deliveries require an 18+ signature. ID may be requested if you appear under 25

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days
  • Chatham Islands: allow additional time depending on service schedules
  • Rural deliveries: please allow an extra ~2 days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, weekends, or severe weather.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct and someone 18+ is available to receive the order.

All orders are sent via tracked courier and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • North Island: $7.50 (orders under $100) — FREE over $100
  • South Island: $10 (orders under $100) — FREE over $100
  • Chatham Islands: $15 flat rate

Important Delivery Note

If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery.

Once a damaged parcel is accepted, we are unable to make a claim with the courier. Instead:

We’ll sort it from there.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Because our products are perishable and carefully prepared, we are only able to offer returns or replacements where:

  • The product is faulty, or
  • The product arrives damaged

Please choose carefully when placing your order.
