This weeks Cocktail of the Week is your inspiration for upcoming St Patricks Day! The perfect cocktail for entertaining, see how to make it below!
INGREDIENTS
A sprig of fresh mint
1/4 cup of diced cucumber
3 slices of Jalapeno
60ml Fling Margarita Mixer
30ml Tequila (or non alcoholic alternative for mocktail)
1 cup of Ice
Optional: combine salt and lime rind to make a salt rim!
METHOD
- To a cocktail shaker add diced cucumber, jalapeno's, and fresh mint then muddle until juices and fresh aroma are released!
- now add 60ml of Margarita Mixer, 30ml of Tequila (or non alcoholic alternative for a mocktail), and 1 cup of ice then shake.
- Optional: combine salt and lime rind, then rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip into the salt for garnish.
- Fill your cocktail glass with ice and strain your Lucky Margarita over the top!
